Our technicians are true professionals and receive regular training on clients and products. Thanks to our partner network for logistics and service, we are able to provide quick on-site support throughout Europe. What's more, you decide how quickly, with service level agreements that are defined on an individual basis.
We take care of removal, installation and cabling for your till systems, including back office, IT infrastructure and telecommunication services. Whether at the weekend or overnight, we work in a way that means your day-to-day activities won't be interrupted.
Quick and comprehensive: would you like to incorporate new till components into all of your branches? We take care of the entire roll-out process for you - from planning and pre-configuring systems, through to installation in branches. We create detailed roll-out plans that cover all logistics as well as technical coordination and guarantee that everything runs smoothly. We can also carry out roll-outs at night or on weekends on request, so as not to interrupt usual business.
We configure your systems to suit your requirements ahead of time. This saves time in branch, meaning that usual business is impacted as little as possible.
Often, even the oldest machines have some residual value. We take care of remarketing your old hardware.
We ensure the proper, certified disposal of your old hardware, in addition to the certified deletion or destruction of your data carriers.
Measuring errors and inaccurate weighing? Not with us. As a certified nationwide repair service provider, we currently maintain around 12,000 tills in 4,200 retail branches. In addition to the installation, repair, maintenance and cleaning of your retail scales, we also communicate with the relevant National Measurement Office on your behalf. To do so, we manage all data relevant to metrology in a database and are experts in the various standards and processes used by each national authority.
Since October 2019, we have been offering this division exclusively to one of our major retail customers. The User Help Desk at the Unna location serves as the first point of contact and support centre for all the company’s branch staff. When a problem arises at a branch in Germany or someone has a question on a topic relating to cash registers, the network and the back office, we are there to help: our qualified employees can be reached via a service number every day from 6 am to 11 pm and are immediately available to solve the problem quickly and with minimum hassle. Our promise: friendly, fast and competent support and satisfied customers who always enjoy calling us.
Another new branch of our company is the Construction Project Group, which has been operating since October 2019. We exclusively manage the structured cabling and various back office components for all the German branches of one of our major customers. This means that our work starts as early as on the construction site, both for new openings and re-openings, as well as branch conversions.
