You are responsible for the maintenance and repair of retail IT and POS systems
You are responsible for installations, deinstallations and conversions of POS systems.
You manage your technician-specific spare parts pool.
You will carry out administrative tasks.
IT-related qualification
PC proficiency
Operating system knowledge in Windows environments
Network expertise (cabling and infrastructure)
You remain friendly and calm even under heavy workloads.
You see yourself as a service provider and always want to find the bestsolution for our customers.
You work quickly, reliably, and thoroughly.
You are generally willing to drive deployments during store hours.
(8 a.m. to 10 p.m. from Monday to Saturday).
You need a car, a tablet PC, a laptop, a cell phone, tools,
and storagefacilities for spare parts.
